We are beautiful at every size and shape. As women, our bodies are constantly changing throughout the various stages of life. If you have tried to lose weight multiple times and failed, this post is just for you. Your everyday habits might be the culprit here and you may not even realise it. If you are trying to lose weight or are just trying to maintain it, I do have some simple tips. Just making these minor adjustments in your everyday habits, you can make a difference. All of these methods have been personally tried and tested by me.Now you may have heard these things like a million times but I’ll explain how exactly it helps.

1. Eat only when Hungry
Do you ever feel hungry during the day. If you don’t, then this maybe a sign that you’re overeating. A lot of people don’t know when they are actually hungry. Sometimes you might just be thirsty. Drink some water and see if the feeling goes away. You are hungry only when your stomach is growling. A good measure is to only eat when your stomach is actually growling and not when you think you’re hungry.

2. Portion Control
Have you ever wondered if the quantity of food that you eat is actually whats making you fat. Portion control is the key here. Use smaller plates and cutlery. Also your body takes times to tell you that its actually full. Eat a smaller potion of food. Give your body some time to actually signal that you are full instead of chowing down large quantities of food and then feeling extremely full.

3. Limit Outside Food
As much as we all love outside food, try to cutback on outside food. Firstly because you need to control what goes in your body, your food should be controlling you. Also you don’t know what and how your food has been prepared. Outside food can be quite calorie dense and loaded with oil.

4. Early Dinner
Have an early dinner at-least 4 hours before bed. If you eat just before bedtime, then your body will has to digest your food instead of burning the stored glycogen (energy). Give your body a chance to help you lose weight.

5. Eat Less Move More
Ultimately the most important and the only way you will lose any weight is if you exhaust more energy than you consume. Eat less and move more. Try to get at-least 1 hour of exercise everyday. You don’t necessarily have to go to the gym. Go for a simple walk, run, swim or even jump ropes. These cardio exercise will help you exhaust the calories consumed. Again you have to make it a habit to exercise everyday. No pain no gain.
