OOTD Outfit of the day – Maternity Fashion : Little Blue Dress
When it comes to fashion, comfort has always been my Priority. Just looking good is not enough, I need to feel good too. Just being pregnant, makes my comfort criteria even more important. I know many pregnant women can totable relate to me. Have a look at my pre-pregnancy OOTD http://beautygyaan.com/index.php/outfit-of-the-day-mint-green-dress/
This is going to be a two part series of maternity fashion. Being pregnant and sick most of the times, dressing up is the last thing on my mind. But then there are days when you’re not sick and want to get all dolled up and look pretty. Especially, due to the current Covid Situation, we barely go out much.
Most of the clothes that i have worn during my pregnancy are non-maternity. These clothes i have owned prior to being pregnant, since I own many empire line and high waisted clothing. Also some i bought in bigger size. But had to get them tailored to fit my petite frame. Thats a tip, if you want to save, since maternity clothing can be so expensive. Trust me, Being petite and pregnant makes it hard to find maternity clothing that fits properly.
This dress I bought some stone ages back, (pun intended) during some street shopping in Thailand. I used to not wear dresses that often, But now this is only what I think about while dressing up.
The beach sandals were picked up for me by a friend from Vietnam. They so soft and comfortable, especially for long walks. In fact these blue sandals are the only ones I have been wearing from my second trimester. They have been my constant companion on my daily walks.
Thats, all for now. Part two of this maternity fashion series will be out soon.
