I wasn’t expecting much from Kama Ayurveda Rejuvenating & Brightening Night Cream. But this cream totally worked for me. The cream is yellow in color and has a thick consistency. It kinds of looks like mango pulp (Delicious). Jokes apart, This is one of those creams which needs to be massaged into the skin for sometime and doesn’t get absorbed easily. A lit bit of product is required for each application. It has this strong ayurvedic- herbal fragrance, which doesn’t really bother me. The fragrance fades away after application.
It doesn’t feel greasy post application unlike most night creams. And the best part is, when I wake up in the morning, my face has this glow. There’s something about this cream which seems to soothe and calm my skin. My skin texture feels smoother and healthy. It didn’t break me out or cause any irritation, which is like my top priority. Since almost everything seems to break me out. Kama Ayurveda Rejuvenating & Brightening Night Cream did not brighten my skin, reduce dark circles or pigmentation as claimed. It comes in a glass jar packaging which is not travel friendly or hygienic.
Moisturizes adequately minus the greasiness.
Appropriate summer night cream.
Improves skin texture.
Doesn’t cause any breakouts or irritate my skin.
Imparts a healthy glow.
Doesn’t reduce dark circles & pigmentation as claimed.
Non travel friendly jar packaging.
Might not work for very dry skin.
Needs to to massaged into the skin, doesn’t absorb quickly.
Overall Verdict: If you’re looking for a not so heavy night cream for summer which moisturizes, doesn’t feel greasy and improves your skin texture, definitely check out Kama Ayurveda Rejuvenating & Brightening Night Cream.
